Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Do you want to play a key role in the education of Year 4 students in a warm, welcoming school environment? We are looking for a motivated and dedicated General Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team in our school in Fareham.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons to Year 4 students
* Providing one-on-one and small group support to enhance student learning
* Helping to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
* Supporting students with their social, emotional, and academic development
* Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment
* Helping with the preparation of teaching resources
We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Has experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
* Is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping children succeed
* Works well as part of a team and has excellent communication skills
* Is adaptable and willing to take on a range of tasks
