As the Account Manager, you will manage client relationships and service delivery for a portfolio of I&C clients, while also driving upsells, account renewals, and client retention. If you have 4 years of experience in account management within an energy consultancy or TPI, a great understanding of flexible procurement contracts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service - apply today Key responsibilities: Offering full-service support to high profile, Industrial & Commercial clients Acting as the key point of contact, delivering tailored solutions for energy and sustainability needs Attending regular client meetings with a focus on upselling services and driving retention Ensuring smooth, efficient and on-time service delivery Handling and processing contract renewals Identifying and presenting value-added opportunities to enhance client outcomes Reviewing and refining energy and sustainability strategies for the upcoming year Advising clients on energy usage options and sustainability initiatives Leading the development and execution of energy procurement strategies Coordinating international service projects and ensuring consistent delivery across regions Skills and experience required: 4 years account management experience ideally for an energy consultancy/ TPI Experience in account management of I&C clients Strong client-facing experience with a passion for delivering exceptional service Experience of risk managed flexible procurement, non-commodity charges, bureau services etc Demonstrated success in upselling, client retention, and contract renewals Commercially minded with a strong business-oriented approach Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills Analytical thinker who enjoys working with data to uncover trends and insights Capable of evaluating sustainability and efficiency ROI business cases with accuracy Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence Ref: 15050 Role: Account Manager (B2B energy) Location: Homebased (with travel in the Redhill office and client visits) Salary: Competitive bonus
