Job Title: Secondary Tutor
Salary: £25 - £30 per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide individual or small group tutoring to secondary school students
* Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' needs
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance
* Collaborate with teachers to support students' learning goals
* Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with secondary school students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching secondary school students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the secondary school curriculum
* Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process
* Proficient in using educational technology and resources
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience in delivering online tutoring sessions
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, flexible schedule
* Work in a secondary school setting or remotely
* Opportunity for occasional travel within the region

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
