Hunter Mental Health is currently working alongside an excellent Duty and Assessment team and assisting in their search for a locum Assistant Team Manager.
Key details of the position:
1. Job Title: Registered Social Worker (MUST have 2 years post AYSE experience)
2. Location: Enfield
3. Duration: 3 months ongoing
4. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
5. Start Date: July 2024
6. Rate of pay: £40 - £44ph (Umbrella)
Key information about the role:
1. Pay rate range from £35 to £39 per hour working 35 hours per week
2. The post holder will have substantial post qualifying experience (no less than 3 years) in a statutory social care setting.
3. Must have prior Deputy Team Manager / Practice Manager experience
4. Practice at a higher level in complex situations, including deputising for the line manager
5. It will be desirable for the post holders to have a Practice Educators Award and/or experience of supervising less experienced staff
6. Experience of working in a Duty & Assessment service is desired; some case holding responsibility; car driver is a bonus
Requirements and qualifications required for this role:
1. Current and valid registration with the SWE
2. Proven experience within a Social Working role
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
5. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
6. Car driver to travel across multiple sites
7. Fully on-site and hybrid/remote working to be discussed during interview (team can offer up to 2-3 days remote)
