Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Head of IT Development to understand business needs and align IT solutions accordingly.
* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments and business units.
* Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and gain consensus on project goals.
* Create detailed functional specifications and user stories to guide the development team.
* Support the testing phase by developing test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Head of IT Development and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or similar role in an IT environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in business process modelling and data analysis tools.
* Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
