Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our Modern Workplace team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 technologies. This role requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with automation, identity management, and integration of AI into solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain solutions using PowerShell to automate tasks and report across large data sets in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Develop SPF x -based solutions using TypeScript and React and to be able to transfer these skills to working with other front end applications where needed. Develop Azure hosted solutions that leverage the leverage the zero trust security model to interact with M365. Integrate solutions with widely used Microsoft 365 development modules and APIs (PnP PowerShell, Graph API) Man a ge solutions in Azure using tools such as the Azure portal, Azure CLI and Azure PowerShell Manage M365 solutions using SharePoint Online, Teams and Exchange Online admin sites. Proven experience of managing tasks within Azure DevOps and source code in Git repositories. Utilize Azure DevOps automation through Bicep and YAML to deploy custom solution Deliver comprehensive technical documentation that supports the deployment and administration of the solutions we build. Diagnose and fix issues in complex technical environments. Understand customer requirements and work collaboratively with architects and consultants to design technical solutions that deliver the expected outcomes. About you Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Microsoft 365 aligned technologies Knowledge and experience of the following would be advantageous : U nderstanding of the latest AI technologies and a willingness to integrate them into solutions. Experience in developing .NET based solutions. Hands -on experience in Power Platform. Knowledge of integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems and third-party applications. Knowledge of using Power Pages for external-facing solutions.
