Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic secretary to provide secretarial support to Senior Managers in the Supervision Division. This would suit an ambitious secretary who is looking to develop their skills and gain a wide experience in a busy office. The jobholder would form part of a wider team supporting the directorate. We are seeking a team secretary to support Senior Managers and their teams. This is an exciting position with a varied and interesting workload with opportunities to display your own initiative. It will suit someone who is able to prioritise their workload and co ordinate numerous tasks, as the role comes with a wide range of responsibilities. You need to be well-organised; a good communicator; confident at liaising at all levels (internally and externally); be flexible; and able to work effectively within the team. The Senior Managers have busy diaries which require effective management, arranging internal and external meetings. You will be expected to prepare papers for meetings; arrange domestic and international travel; complete travel expenses; help with Joiner/Mover/Leaver management within the teams; assist with the team's intranet pages; and act as a point of contact for the teams. The support team is self-covering so the jobholder will be required to help cover absences on the unit, including covering the Head of Division PA role. Salary and Benefits Information Leeds Location - This role offers an annual salary of £24,180-£26,280 (depending on skills and experience). In addition, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package as detailed below: Currently a non-contributory, career average pension giving you a guaranteed retirement benefit of 1/95th of your annual salary for every year worked. There is the option to increase your pension (to 1/50th) or decrease (to 1/120th) in exchange for salary through our flexible benefits programme each year.
