SEND Support Assistant Area: Shirley, Solihull Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 3:30 Salary: £80- £100 per day Start date: 24 th February 2025 Monarch education, part of affinity workforce, are working closely with a primary school in Shirley, Solihull, who requires an individual to support a child with Cerebral palsy, the child is a lovely little soul but the role is very challenging - experience is essential. This role is to start after February half term, 24 th February and will be Monday - Friday for the full academic year - they are wanting to meet someone ASAP They wish to appoint an individual with a calming and nurturing nature but also be alert and proactive with extent experience working with children or adults with Cerebral palsy, this could be in the care or education sector, you do not need to be qualified but any transferable skills or qualifications relatable would be admirable. The perfect candidate must be positive and passionate individual, willing to motivate and inspire the younger generation, always going the extra mile and being committed to their wellbeing and development. You will need to be flexible to the needs of the children and have a good understanding of child development and the learning process.
