The DDT Incubator will be made up of a small permanent team and will draw upon the expertise of all DDT colleagues and industry partners. Undertake rapid reviews of existing service where the need for significant redesign has been identified. Identify and deliver initiatives to promote innovation and deliver efficiencies within existing services. We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to manage projects to support DDT transformation and solutions within the Department, alongside DDT/policy/delivery questions post-election. Job description Job Responsibilities: Deliver projects and products using the appropriate project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently e.g. Agile. Set up the environment the team needs to build and iterate a user-centred service. Facilitate clear communication between delivery teams and various stakeholder groups. Experience of using agile and lean practices, tools and techniques. Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively manage stakeholders by collaborating on decisions and keeping them updated. Experience of being able to challenge and influence decisions. Experience dealing with ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities and managing risks/blockers. Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills that you are able to tailor to the needs of the audience. Desirable Criteria: Knowledge of Government digital services design and guidance.
