About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive team at a school in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students in a subject essential to understanding the modern world. The role is full-time, with a start date flexible for either January or Easter 2024.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Business Studies.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Inspire a passion for business and enterprise, equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
* Contribute to the development of an innovative and inclusive curriculum.
* Support the school's ethos and values, promoting a positive learning environment.
* Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives, including professional development opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies and experience teaching across Key Stages.
* A passion for teaching and the ability to motivate students to achieve their full potential.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
