Enhancing Oakhouse/Pilgrim's visibility as a quality frozen food provider that provides convenience for its customers without compromise. Key Measurements of success Identify & secure new B2B contracts including care providers, NHS, local authorities & charities Working with NHS identify & secure contracts, manage tendering process working cross functionally with Oakhouse support teams on price, product & delivery. Win, develop & maintain strategic B2B alliances & referral partnerships with a plan to turn relationships into sales revenue through Expand frozen vending machines across the UK through healthcare & private sector Lead contract negotiations to ensure profitable scalable partnerships Engage with domiciliary care providers, assisted living facilities & hospices to integrate meal delivery into their service offering Attend / use education events to drive awareness of Oakhouse Foods range Use LinkedIn to make contact & develop relationships with decision makers Attend /use education evets to drive awareness of OH range Support franchisees in managing B2B client relationships & fulfilling orders We are looking for: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or partnership management (ideally healthcare, food distribution) Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure contracts Ability to engage with decision makers (NHS procurement teams, care home managers or other buyers) Commercially minded, experienced in forecasting revenue Excellent relationship management & account development skills Strategic thinker who can spot opportunities into long term growth What We Offer?
