About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.
This position is responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support and payroll service to the UK HR function in line with HR policies and practices. In addition, this role may provide advice and guidance to line managers and employees based on HR best practices, seeking appropriate guidance where necessary.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the strategic management of the workforce through accurate maintenance of all personnel, financial, and contractual data using the relevant HR systems.
2. First point of contact for payroll, pensions, and benefits queries and administering these initiatives using the relevant systems and processes.
3. Draft and issue standard letters and communications to employees including but not limited to offer letters, contracts, and contractual changes.
4. Liaise with employees and managers to ensure an efficient, accurate, and compliant HR service is provided.
5. Provide support to the HR team on employee relations issues.
6. Administer and coordinate UK OH clinics.
7. Update and maintain HR systems in line with GDPR guidelines.
8. Support HR colleagues on HR initiatives and additional projects.
9. Carry out any other duties which are within skills and abilities.
What You Need For The Role
To succeed in this role you will have:
1. Knowledge of UK statutory entitlements and payroll calculations.
2. Previous HR experience.
3. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to build positive working relationships with employees.
5. Good organisational skills.
6. Team player mentality.
7. Ability to prioritise and plan workload.
