Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Praxis Real Estate Management
Praxis Real Estate Management is looking for a Credit Controller to join our growing finance team.

We’re seeking candidates with at least two years of credit control experience within real estate, construction, or residential property.

Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of own portfolio of high value assets which include chasing commercial Rent arrears and Adhoc arrears as raised (Insurance, electricity recharges, on-account service charges etc) using telephone, email and letter.
* Cash receipting in accordance with company policy.
* Provide insights and analysis on customer trends, keeping relevant operational managers up to speed with the debt across the portfolio.
* Prepare and present reports on overdue accounts and bad debts.
* Manage complex accounts, using your skills to investigate and resolve invoice disputes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships and networks with internal / external clients.
* Suspense and unallocated cash management.
* Provide support and consult with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of queries.
* Collate and analyse data from various sources and report findings to other departments within the organisation.
* Ensure adherence to company credit policies and procedures.
* Comply with relevant regulatory and legal requirements related to credit control such as CRAR proceedings if required and as instructed.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in property management credit control
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good understanding of accounting principles
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
