Key responsibilities
:
Responsible for a running 2-3 outlets and to ensure that the service and operation is delivered in line with G&G standards, the client’s expectations and achieving all set financial targets and budgets. To report to and assist the Operations Manager with ongoing projects.
Identifies, motivates, trains, develops and directs their team to deliver exceptional results and accomplish goals and projects.
• Drives a culture of excellence throughout the business and has a passion for quality food preparation and taste
• As the Unit Manager you will lead, develop & mentor a team of Baristas, Team Leaders and General assistants.
• A passion for food, customer service and a hands-on management style is essential.
• The position will be supporting each site with the day to day management of the contract ensuring that all client expectations are surpassed, providing innovation and training.
• Overseeing GP, Rotas/Labour, Controllable Costs, Compliance for their units. Implementing strategies to control costs. Must Possess solid financial knowledge.
• Build Consistency of the offer and service across the estate, continually reviewing standards and processes.
• Identify any additional opportunities to make improvements. Collaborating with the Operations Manager to implementing new ways of improving our presence.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships whilst ensuring contractual compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Work with the entire site management team and the chefs to ensure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered to the highest standards and in line with CH&CO food values
