On-Site Recruitment Account Manager
Great opportunity to join a successful team working within a new National Distribution Centre of a Global Automotive business.
We have a role based primarily at our client’s site in Rotherham/Sheffield along with plenty of support from our team based at our Yorkshire Head office in Elland.
On-site Recruitment Account Manager
* Pay - £28K-£29K per year
* Hours - 8.30am-5pm

Here’s what you can expect to be doing working from Monday to Friday from 8.30am-5pm 40 hours per week :-
* Recruiting new workers to the client’s requirements
* Using the full range of our recruitment tools as well as Social Media in order to attract suitable candidates to our open opportunities
* Meet & Greet the new starters and provide a Site Tour/Assessment
* Ensure that all H&S and Compliance documents have been completed and processed correctly
* Understanding client’s requirements and ensuring jobs are filled within the required time frame
* Manage the absences of the Agency workers
* Complete Return to Works documents when required
* Conduct performance reviews with the Agency Workers when required
* Organise and process all Holiday requests
* Work with the Supervisors to manage the Overtime requirements
* Hold Review Meetings with the Client Managers to ensure that our service standard is being met and exceeded
* Work towards your own as well as the team’s KPI’s to ensure that communication with the client remains high
* Provide suitable PPE to Agency Workers and manage the stock levels of this
* Add workers to the clock in system to assist with the smooth management of the timesheet
* Represent PROMAN and our values whilst working closely with the client’s management team
A few things about you as an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager:
* Full driving licence and ideally own transport is required as the role will involve occasional travel to client’s sites for meetings, inductions etc
* Professional tele manner and appearance
* Willingness to interact with people face to face and over the to build relationships with candidates and clients
* Previous experience of face-to-face Customer Service environment
* Excellent standard of spoken and written English
* A good level of education
