Main Purpose of the Role:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be an integral part of our client's creative, energetic, and highly focused Customer Service team. Working closely with the team, operations, and internal account managers, you will ensure all records are up to date and outstanding tasks are completed or scheduled on time. Together, we nail it every time, providing an unforgettable level of service!
Key Duties:
1. Liaise with various departments to complete customer returns paperwork and raise credit notes.
2. Efficiently manage and track courier claims.
3. Handle phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
4. Arrange supplier returns and handle claims from external suppliers.
5. Assist in resolving outstanding queries and providing top-notch customer service.
6. Manage internal spreadsheets for customer queries, complaints, and comments.
7. Provide support to the dynamic internal sales team when requested.
8. Perform ad hoc administration duties as required.
9. Send proof of delivery documents to customers.
10. Process sales orders as needed.
