The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) – DB Fintech Business entity is accountable for overseeing Information Security (IS) for DB Fintech Business entity to ensure the protection of DB Fintech Business entity assets and to ensure cyber security risks and associated events are recognized.
You will be responsible for coordinating the DB Fintech Business entity CISO strategy, while ensuring that it is aligned to Breaking Wave and Deutsche Bank Group IS strategy but also in accordance with relevant regulations and laws. You will also be the primary contact for IS related matters regarding the DB Fintech Business entity business and has detailed knowledge of the relevant business and regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities
* Drive IS initiatives and programs including identification of gaps and remediation of IS risks, processes, and controls (internal and external including vendor platforms).
* Develop and maintain policies in alignment with the DB Group IS policies to ensure consistency.
* Design and present IS compliance and risk Management Information (MI) to senior leadership of DB Fintech Business entity/ Breaking Wave Board and DB CISO stakeholders
* Oversee daily IS-related operational activities, incidents, Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and ensure effective collaboration with other internal and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors).
* Establish and oversee the IS training and awareness initiatives in line with DB’s overall security awareness and training procedures as necessary.
* Monitor and translate the ongoing and emerging regulatory and legal obligations and drive activities to achieve compliance.
Your skills and experience
* Excellent IS skills, with strong knowledge of regulatory obligations, including AI and background in Software as a service (SaaS)
* Significant experience in Cloud Security, Cyber Security and technical IT Security
* Strong working knowledge of IS control and governance frameworks
* Very good communication and organization skills
* Independent and reliable working style
* Experience in financial service organizations is an advantage
