Accounts Office Manager
Location: Bournemouth Type: Full Time, Office-based Hours: 9am – 5pm
About Us: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Office Manager to join our clients team on a permanent and immediate basis. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for numbers, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
2. Invoices: Handle all aspects of invoicing, including preparation, verification, and reconciliation.
3. Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
4. VAT: Manage VAT returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Office Administration: Oversee general office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
6. Answering Phone: Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in an accounts or office management role.
2. Strong knowledge of payroll, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and VAT.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
5. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
