As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our youngest students through hands-on learning experiences and a caring approach. Working closely with the EYFS teachers, you’ll help to foster a positive, stimulating environment where children can develop a love for learning. Your work will involve supporting group activities, encouraging children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development, and working one-on-one with students needing extra assistance. Application Requirements: • Previous experience working with early years or primary-aged children. • Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. • Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach. • Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members. • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent) preferred but not essential. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that align with the EYFS framework. • Support the class teacher in planning and organizing learning materials. • Encourage positive interactions and help children develop essential social skills. • Monitor and document students’ progress, sharing updates with teachers and parents. • Ensure the learning environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
