Estimator/Administrator We have a fabulous client in Hersham that are seeking an Estimator. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and detail orientated with the capability of multitasking whilst working within their visionary team. You will be responsible for evaluating customer requirements, providing accurate cost estimates and working closely with the sales team to ensure projects are completed within budget and to customer satisfaction. Training will be provided to the right person. Duties will include but are not limited to: · Administrative support for the sales team · Creating accurate cost estimates for signage projects using Clarity software · Coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers and maintaining an up to date scheduling system · Purchasing materials required for each job You will be highly numerate and be able to work out calculations such as percentages, addition and multiplication and you will possess strong telephone skills and organisational skills. The role requires someone with strong attention to detail and lots of common sense. The successful candidate will also have strong Word & Excel skills.
