Our client is recruiting for an experienced qualified spa therapist to join its establishment, a luxury Hotel in the Newquay area. Working within a luxury environment, customer service is right at the forefront, suiting a role with somebody who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a spa therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential you have a Level 3 in beauty/spa therapy. The successful spa therapist will have a great eye for detail and be passionate about delivering exceptionally high standards of treatments, matched with outstanding customer service skills.
Spa therapist responsibilities will include:
* Perform a variety of spa treatments, to the highest standard of quality and professionalism.
* Consult with clients to understand their needs and customize treatments accordingly.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic spa environment.
* Promote and sell spa products/services.
* Adhere to all spa policies and procedures.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of a level 3 NVQ in beauty/spa therapy and experience working in a spa therapist role within a similar setting.
