Support the Chief People Officer with the development and delivery of a strategic vision and ensure service changes meet internal and external expectations and standards. Plan, develop and maintain the delivery of the OUH People Plan, ensuring the plan delivers or exceeds against the key metrics, working closely with the Directors, Divisional Heads of Workforce and Assistant Directors of Workforce. Establish and lead the mechanisms to oversee the tracking of progress against all plans and milestones, ensuring appropriate processes are in place to flag issues, risks, and concerns with the relevant stakeholders. Manage and monitor a range of additional people improvement programmes/projects, both short term and long term e.g., productivity initiatives, Joint Oxford University/OUH Office, and contribute to Trust objectives within agreed timeframes and financial targets.
