Technical Customer Service Advisor – 12 month fixed term
We are recruiting for an experienced Techinical Customer Service Advisor to join our rural, Leominster client within their technical team on a full-time, 12-month contract basis. The main purpose of this role is to provide advice to the external and internal customers of our large, well-established client. The successful candidate will be competent in customer services and administration ideally with prior experience within a technical role.
What you can expect:
* Salary £28,047 – £30,075 per annum
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

What you will be doing:
* Responding to all requests relating to technical advice via phone, email, and online enquiries
* Utilising internal software systems to produce calculations to show compliance within current industry standards
* Ensuring best practice advice is given at all times, in line with industry and company guidelines
* Acting responsibly, and in the interests of the company, deferring queries via line managers, where uncertainty may exist
