Job Title: Team Leader (ODP/Nurse) - Orthopaedic Scrub Team

Salary: £43,500 per annum + welcome Bonus of up to £3600 on offer for this position
Our client is expanding their theatre department and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Orthopaedic Lead Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join them on their journey of growth. Their hospital has recently undergone significant expansion, with further plans to enhance their services.

The Role:
In this position, you will perform the scrub role in Consultant-led surgeries, specialising in Orthopaedic Surgery. The surgeries vary in complexity and specialism, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment.
What You Will Bring:
* Current NMC/HCPC registration
* Proven ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently
* A warm, considerate, and empathetic nature
* Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) – Desirable but not essential
* Minimum 2 years of Ortho Scrub experience, combined with people management experience
