Up to £40,000\nMake a real difference as the first point of contact for maintenance needs.\nYour Responsibilities:\n\nTake the lead on planned preventative and reactive maintenance across designated sites.\nEnsure emergency lighting systems are compliant and operational.\nConduct scheduled testing and servicing of fire alarm systems.\nMaintain lighting systems, replacing faulty or expired lamps.\nHandle minor plumbing repairs and general building fabric maintenance.\nDiagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.\nService mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, power distribution, and building automation controls.\nWhat You Need:\n\nF-Gas qualification\n18th Edition (Electrical Regulations)\nSolid HVAC experience\nFull UK driving licence\nProven experience as an M&E Engineer or similar\nDesirable Qualifications:\n\nIOSH Working Safely certification\nPlumbing experience\nBasic fabric maintenance skills\n2391 Testing & Inspection qualification\nReady to take the next step?
