We are looking for midwives who are dedicated to providing evidence based, individualised, women centred care to complement our existing service. Band 5 midwives who will shortly be completing their preceptorship and wish to work in the community are welcome to apply.
You would need to demonstrate completion and sign off of competencies to be eligible for this post. BHRUT is one of the most forward thinking Maternity units in London and Essex, servicing a hugely diverse population across a large geographical area. We are the second largest single site maternity service in the UK, meaning that brings you both midwifery and wider opportunities that other Trusts simply cannot.
As a new starter to the Trust you will have an individualised orientation programme designed to support and guide you in your first weeks, you will be supported to attend training and education programmes, alongside access to aspiring Band 7-8a/b/d development packages, and you will receive ongoing support from our fabulous in house Education Team and senior midwifery team.
To provide antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care to women and babies during their pregnancy, birth and aftercare.
