Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to GCSE standard or higher Administrative /professional qualification ( NVQ Level 3 or equivalent secretarial qualification) Desirable Educated to BTEC ONC level or higher in a technical subject Experience Essential Significant administration experience in a similar role. Previous working experience and knowledge of database management. Experience coordinating maintenance and repairs for disparate teams. Understanding of the role played by medical devices in the delivery of safe patient care. Knowledge and experience on types of medical devices used within community health services Arranging meetings and taking notes of meetings Skills and Abilities Essential Ability to manage complex issues, to research and investigate and challenge information Ability to communicate with clinical teams at all levels.
