Your passion for sales and business development and “can-do” attitude will be your most important attribute, but the following experience will also help:
* Leading from the front as a Player-Manager, actively driving success and providing ongoing support and guidance.
* Hunting and closing new business, targeting high-potential clients to expand our customer base.
* Managing all stages of the sales process – from prospecting and nurturing leads to proposal development, submission, and final deal closure.
* Building and maintaining a well-qualified sales pipeline with approximately 3x pipeline coverage.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00 (depending on experience)

A typical day might include:
* Leading the sales team, setting the standard through personal performance, and fostering the right mindset and behaviours to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
* Taking ownership of your territory, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring proper prospecting within your assigned database.
* Providing coaching and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow into successful business development professionals.
