About the Role
We’re looking for a CRM Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, problem-solving, and ensuring our CRM systems run smoothly. You'll help manage and analyze CRM data, set up fields, test system changes, and support sales and marketing teams with actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
* Configure and maintain CRM fields, workflows, and data structures in Salesforce and HubSpot to support business needs.
* Test system updates to ensure nothing breaks and everything works as expected.
* Monitor and improve data quality to keep our CRM accurate and reliable.
* Develop dashboards and reports to help teams track performance.
* Work with marketing automation tools to connect customer engagement data.
* Support cross-functional teams by providing insights and making data-driven recommendations.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience working with Salesforce and HubSpot is required.
* Comfortable using Excel and working with large datasets.
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
* Ability to work on multiple tasks independently and in a team.
* Previous experience in a data or CRM-related role is a plus.
