Working with clients to truly understand their challenges and opportunities, they deploy tailored technology solutions across the cloud and on premises, that make a tangible difference to their organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Entry of purchase invoices to our accounts system
Responding to, and effectively resolving, customer accounts queries
Working with colleagues on issue escalation as necessary
Adopting and applying a 'hands on' problem solving approach
Take ownership of queries assigned to you and manage them through to resolution
Producing reports
Supporting the wider finance team when required
Utilise SAGE accounting software to accurately manage financial records, process transactions, and support data entry tasks

About You:
Excellent communications (strong written and verbal communication skills)
Excellent customer service
Be able to take ownership of a task or project to see it through to completion and to exceed expectations whenever possible
To be self-motivated and a contributing member of the team
Have a flair for problem solving
Be able to manage/prioritise their own workload so tasks can be completed satisfactorily
Good time management
Good Knowledge of SAGE and willingness to learn.
