Duties & Responsibilities: Perform bank reconciliations for sterling and foreign currency accounts. Maintain costings data and create new costings for new products. Conduct monthly stock reconciliation and collate all factory stocks. Prepare daily giveaway reports and KPIs. Manage payment runs and weekly wage payments. Analyze wages dashboard for managers. Handle PAYE monthly payments and month-end payment runs. Manage accruals for suppliers, water, and electricity. Maintain the canteen P&L spreadsheet. Generate rental monthly self-billing invoices. Transfer payments between accounts to manage balances. Monitor daily payments email. Address council tax queries as required. Manage DD mandates and same-day/urgent payment requests. Handle petty cash. Support system developments and maintain the accounting system. Prepare VAT returns. Skills & Attributes: AAT qualified, studying towards, or equivalent experience. Strong Excel and reporting capabilities. Good knowledge of accounting systems; experience with Dynamics Navision is advantageous. Proactive and organized approach with a problem-solving mentality. Hours, Salary & Benefits: 25 – 40 hours per week (part-time hours considered for the right experience/qualifications). Starting from £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (FTE). Bonus scheme.
