Mechanical & Electrical Projects Administrator
A leading Facilities Management contractor specialising in full HVAC M&E projects and maintenance contracts is looking for a driven projects administrator to join the team, based in Dartford supporting the Project Managers with financial, administrative, coordination, and quality assurance support. Paid up to £32K with the opportunity to progress into Project Management if this is of interest.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform a wide variety of administrative and financial duties and produce reports for monthly status updates.
2. Carry out finance reporting for P&L reviews, forecasting, debt, WIP, and OPO's.
3. Raise Subcontractor Purchase orders and sales invoices.
4. Update and develop documentation such as H&S and CDM files.
5. Provide general administrative support to the Head of Projects and Senior Project Managers.
To be successful as the Mechanical & Electrical Projects Administrator:
1. Experience in working within a project coordinator role previously.
2. Experience in M&E, HVAC, or Facilities Maintenance administration.
3. Live in commuting distance to Dartford.
4. Have a can-do attitude with the drive to progress their career within the business.
5. Concept experience and finance experience would be of great benefit.
The Mechanical & Electrical Projects Administrator will be paid up to £32,000 basic + package.
