Our Deputy Managers ensure that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team and controlling the product and commerciality of the store. Some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Monitor and analyze commercial and product data to improve the sales and productivity of your store.
2. Oversee the store’s operational tasks.
3. Motivate and develop your team.
4. Be an ambassador for our company's sustainability project.
