The Job:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for;
* Prospecting and connecting with the right clients
* Having a good understanding of our products and actively upselling and cross-selling to our clients
* Delivering excellent customer service, with a solutions-orientated mindset
* Identifying and utilising opportunities to build relationships with potential clients, fellow salespeople and colleagues alike
* Be a confident communicator, with an ability to decipher and share data and information.
* Pitch to and close clients
* Manage your client pipeline
* Consulting with recruitment agencies
* Identifying the clients goals for growth
* Have confidence to sell direct to FD/MD/CEO level
* Present the solutions both in person and virtually to client
* An understanding of IR35 legislation
We require candidates to have proven experience in a fast-paced cold calling sales role. While not mandatory, previous experience in the recruitment industry and familiarity with umbrella companies is highly desirable.
