Ecommerce Executive An Ecommerce executive supports the implementation and execution of an organisation’s online sales strategies, working closely with the Ecommerce manager and other team members to enhance the online shopping experience. The role involves assisting in the management of the Ecommerce website, executing digital marketing campaigns, updating product listings, and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities: · Ensure we have a solid process for updating Product Title formats, Description formats, URL structures · Regularly review and update product, collection and information landing pages to ensure they are up to date, promote our brand effectively and support in driving conversions · Support with proactively updating the website with seasonal banners, highlighting new product launches, markdowns and promotions in line with our Marketing calendar · Support with strategies around upsell, post purchase, abandoned baskets, referral when required · Work with our Paid Experts and share insights to optimise performance across paid and organic · Support with managing price changes across our site and spot checks to ensure all product data is accurate and up to date · Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and increase conversion through email, paid social media, and affiliate channels. · Monitor website performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and assist in implementing A/B testing. · Coordinate with the development team to support site functionality enhancements. · Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to contribute to strategic planning. · Provide support to the ecommerce team in achieving departmental goals. The successful candidates ’ skills & qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field · 2 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment. · Proficient in Excel · Proficiency in Shopify Plus desirable · Experience in an e-commerce environment would be desirable · Experience of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful projects · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Meticulous attention to detail and data orientated · Self-motivated and highly organised · Excellent written & spoken English · Passionate about personal growth and development Our values Smile: OddBalls and smiling go hand-in-hand the perfect combination for a great working environment.
