Review work method and precautions with the site management and the SHEQ Manager wherever necessary before work starts. To oversee the installation works and be responsible for the cost-effective delivery of the works. To be aware and ensure that Legislation and Industry requirements are being applied at all times. Ensuring that all incidents/accidents or near misses caused in the vicinity of one of our sites are reported promptly to the SHEQ Manager. To be aware of the Environmental impacts of the contracted works and ensure adequate controls are in place. To minimise waste. When required to carry out audits and inspection of the workplace as required and to KPI requirements. To ensure scheme programs are adequately resourced and delivered in accordance with the contract program requirements, efficiently and with minimal abortive costs associated to time material and resource. To ensure the site is administered effectively and efficiently to give a quality product. To represent in a professional manner at all times. Preparation and submission of all required performance data for the use in operational reports as may be required on a regular or ad hoc basis. Ensure compliance at site level with the Safety Management System, Contract Specification, and Codes of Practice. Maintain an up to date understanding of technical, contractual, commercial, and financial requirements of the Contract. Ensure full compliance with NRSWA Regulations. ECITB Passport Knowledge of NO/IDNO Safety Rules. Operationally and commercially aware with proven experience in a similar role within the Multi-Utility Site contracting market. Awareness of Safety Legislation, CDM Requirements and Safe Working Practices within the sector. Extensive Knowledge of LRQA - NERS requirements SMSTS Desirable skills: NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent) NEBOSH Construction/General Certificate Previous Electrical AP EUSR Electrical Appreciation for Managers (If not core background)
