We want to place outdoor teaching and learning at the heart of our learning and embed this for the children, staff, and families of Repton Manor Primary School.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate, develop, and realise the vision for outdoor learning for children - EYFS to Year 6.
* Develop large outside areas making best use of our purpose-built classroom, dedicated outdoor areas, and local community.
* Lead, teach, and support the outdoor curriculum with inspiring and exciting activities that will impact across all curriculum areas.
* Have a direct impact on children's progress and achievement through ambitious outdoor learning.
* Support staff in developing their knowledge, confidence, and skills using all areas of outdoor learning.
* Grow the outdoor learning provision for children and communities to inspire a lifelong learning attitude towards their natural world and local environment.
* Lead and advise teaching and learning of children and staff in natural world learning, all year round.
