The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, dedicated to creating positive change in people's lives, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Assistant to join our team. The Personal Assistant will work with the Directorate, providing a high standard of administration and secretarial support. You will be required to provide PA support, as and when required, at Directorate and Management Committee meetings as well as the AGM. You will also be responsible for arranging meetings, coordinating agendas, and taking minutes.
This is a remote role which will be home-based. However, if you'd prefer to work from an office base, that can be arranged.
An essential requirement of the role is secretarial/administration training and 2-5 years of experience working as a Personal Assistant. You should have highly developed organisational skills as well as in-depth knowledge of MS Office. As well as this, you should be an excellent team worker able to use initiative and leadership skills where required.
