The position of Teaching Support Specialist requires a highly organized and communicative individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an SEN setting, with a focus on supporting pupils with Autism and complex needs.
Responsibilities include preparing and delivering educational programs, monitoring pupil progress, and collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective support for pupils. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting any concerns or issues to relevant staff members, and contributing to the overall development of the school.
