We are seeking passionate and innovative Technical Safety Engineers to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Safety and Environmental Engineer you will work as part of a project team, applying your engineering knowledge to assess and improve safety measures. You would be working on energy security and energy transition projects including plastics recycling, LNG, Ammonia, Hydrogen production, Refineries and oil / gas processing plants. Roles and Responsibilities: - As part of a project team, independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. This may include: - Consequence modelling using standard software packages (PHAST, Flaresim etc). - Scribing HAZID, HAZOP and other safety reviews. - Safety Critical Elements and Performance Standards. - Assistance with safety specifications. - Assistance with design of safety systems (firewater, blast protection etc.) - Action management. - With additional experience within one or more areas of Technical Safety, assist in the design of larger and more complex assignments.
