We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Team. About the role As our Executive Assistant you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team, including managing diaries, coordinating travel, and minuting meetings. You will assist with preparing Board of Trustees papers, attending board meetings, and ensuring follow-up on action points. Acting as a key liaison for communications between the CEO, Executive Team, Board of Trustees, staff, donors, and external partners. The role also involves project coordination including supporting strategic initiatives, tracking project timelines, and provide regular updates. Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining effective document management systems. About you We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a high level of attention to detail. You’ll need to be adaptable, comfortable with changing priorities, and able to work independently while maintaining a commitment to excellence.
