Art Teacher Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, dynamic Art lessons across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 Differentiate your teaching to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of all students Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and support Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment with effective behaviour management Contribute to the development of the department’s curriculum and lesson planning Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities such as art exhibitions, events, and workshops What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent A deep passion for Art and creativity, with expertise in a variety of artistic disciplines The ability to engage, inspire, and challenge students of all abilities Excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of lessons and the department A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Previous experience teaching Art at the secondary level Why Choose Us?
