Salary up to £25,000 DOE
* Monday to Friday
* 28 days holiday increasing after 2 years

Your day to day responsibilities will include:
* Applying for HMO licenses
* Implementing processes and procedures for approved contractors
* Internal liaison and support with multiple functions within the business
* Obtaining insurance for properties
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Instructing contractors to carry out work
* Issuing section orders
* Property Inspections
* Inspection reports and inventories
We are looking for…
* Previous experience: Grads, retail, hospitality property customer service or admin
* Presentable and great communicator
* Industry specific qualifications desirable but not essential ARLA
* Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
* Genuine Interest in Property
