Job Overview
We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Co-op.
About the Role
* This is a part-time, permanent position with varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings until 10pm and weekends.
* You'll provide excellent customer service on the tills and shop floor, while performing a range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
2. Work collaboratively with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal by maintaining stock levels, checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to promote learning and development.
5. Support local community activities and events.
