Dental Treatment Coordinator / Crawley / Full Time
TDR Dental are assisting a dental practice in Lewisham to recruit a TCO to join their practice.
* We are looking for a TCO to join our highly respected practice in Crawley.
* This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday. Candidates must be flexible to work some weekends and late evenings to accommodate our patients.
* This lovely full private practice is looking for a TCO to join their team. Candidates must understand dental terminology and patient journey, so dental experience is essential.
* A salary of £30,000 to £35,000 plus bonus this could increase depending on experience and post qualifications, and happy to discuss at interview stage.
* Deliver First Class Patient Journey - essential.
* Excellent Communication - essential.
* Outgoing personality, tenacious, problem solver, organized, multi-tasking, and a team player - willing to go above and beyond - essential.
* Experience in orthodontics/implants/aesthetics would be ideal.
Education
* Diploma in Dental Nursing (NEBDN Nation Diploma in Dental Nursing), GDC Registration - preferred
* Impression taking - preferred, not essential
* Radiography Certification - preferred
Your Responsibilities:
* Deal with incoming enquiries from new patients by telephone, email and in person
* Follow-up on potential patients as per the processes set-up at the practice
* Report monthly on key performance indicators (full training will be given)
* Assist the orthodontist/implant surgeons/Consultants before, during and after seeing patients – when required.
* Prepare the treatment room, the necessary instruments, materials and equipment for a given procedure.
* Carry out standard decontamination procedures as set-up by the GDC regulations - when required.
* Carry out and develop patient X-rays - when necessary
* Assist the reception desk
* Assist with notes taking, if required
