The Alliance Multi Academy Trust (TAMAT) is a growing multi-academy trust aiming to deliver excellent primary education across a wide range of schools in and around the Surrey area. We are looking to appoint a highly efficient Trust Business Manager to this new full-time role to ensure the smooth running of the financial business function of our Trust. Knowledge of school finance would be an advantage, but no school experience is necessary to apply.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Energy, enthusiasm, patience and a great sense of humour
2. Creative thinking skills, initiative and resilience
3. Excellent communication and social skills and a welcoming manner
4. Experience of working in administration and finance
5. Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Excel and Information Systems
6. Ability to be flexible, working within and contributing to the whole Trust team
7. Commitment to our wider work as a Trust
8. Commitment to all elements of safeguarding, discretion and confidentiality
