Role Summary
The Customer Experience Optimiser is responsible for improving customer experience and delivering business impact through experimentation and analytics. This role requires a strong understanding of experimentation and analytics principles and involves working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
You will be responsible for managing and running testing activity from planning to implementation to analysis, building and testing strong hypotheses through AB and MVT testing, and analysing and sharing results in an engaging way with actionable recommendations.
About the Role
This is a key role that requires a customer-centric mindset focused on delivering great user experiences. You will need to have demonstrable experience of testing platforms such as Optimizely and Leanplum, as well as experience of manipulating, analysing and synthesising data using different sources.

* Build and test strong hypotheses through AB and MVT testing.

Key Requirements

* A proven track record of managing experimentation activity in a considered way that delivers improved commercial performance and customer insight.

* Demonstrable experience of testing platforms such as Optimizely and Leanplum.
* Experience of manipulating, analysing and synthesising data using different sources.
* Good knowledge of experimental design and statistics for testing.
