We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager to join our clients team. In this role, you will support the Visual Merchandising Manager in developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. You will play a key role in ensuring our store displays are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively showcase our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Visual Merchandising Strategy: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to develop and execute visual merchandising plans that align with the brand's image and marketing goals.
Store Display Management: Oversee the setup and maintenance of in-store displays, ensuring they are attractive, functional, and up-to-date with current promotions and seasonal themes.
Team Coordination: Meet weekly with the Retail Design team and update the counter master plan whenever there is a new store launch.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock for displays.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our visual merchandising strategies.
Performance Analysis: Assist in analysing the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts through sales data and customer feedback. Provide recommendations for improvements.
