The Quaker core brand manager will work on driving growth of the core hot porridge business. With Quaker being one of the leading brands in the cereal market, and a brand that was built on brand purpose, we are looking for someone passionate about growing this category whilst working Collaboratively with other business areas. Responsibilities Develop portfolio strategies based on an understanding real people, in order to drive brand growth. Act as prime mover in commercialising innovation & change projects. Monitor in year performance, work with sales & supply to unlock AOP opportunities and address challenges. Support the development & execution of masterbrand & portfolio communication. Develop & implement on-pack & shopper promotional activity in close partnership with the shopper teams. Manage product & packaging updates in line with PEP goals. Work cross functionally across the business Qualifications Strong strategic acumen: proven ability to take consumer and customer insight and translate into plans that unlock brand growth. Previous FMCG experience would be advantageous Drive for results: comfortable with embracing challenges, be a natural motivated leader and comfortable working at fast pace with cross functional teams. Influencing others: ability to turn complex business cases into easy to digest sound bites / core messages to inspire others to action. New product development and launches Experience Leading or contributing into media campaign development and launch Previous experience working with analytical tools (Nielsen, Kantar) Experience in participating/leading projects in Cross-functional teams Why PepsiCo?
