Your Role and Responsibilities You'll be at the heart of our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Services team, overseeing administrative and financial duties that support efficient service delivery. Your day might look like this and you will: provide line management to Business Support Officers, including supervisions and development reviews maintain precise records and work collaboratively to improve processes promote our values, always keeping children and young people at the centre of your work.
